We acknowledge and pay our respects to Djaara elders past and present.

WE BUTCHER, cook, & cure ON FARM, AND SELL OUR UNCOMMONLY DELICIOUS PORK AND BEEF AT THE FARM GATE AND THROUGH a community-supported agriculture (CSA) membership.

We are active supporters of the Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance, and Tammi is President, and Chair of the AFSA Legal Defence Fund, working to support small-scale farmers and eaters in their right to determine their own food and agriculture systems in the face of scale-inappropriate regulations and planning. We endeavour to care for this land with grace and respect for the many thousands of years of custodianship of the Original Owners before us. We think acknowledgement is important but insufficient restitution for the stolen lands of the Original Owners, and so we also pay the rent.
